Miley was photographed by a fan at Louisiana's Walmart today (8/12)

We have unconfirmed reports that Kelly Osbourne and Megan Parks may be starring along with Miley in So Undercover. This seems plausible because of the fact that they both have been tweeting about being in New Orleans where Miles is right now:

If you guys recall we posted a video not too long ago showing Kelly Osbourne at the same producer’s house that Miles was spotted at.
