A few days ago, it was rumoured that Miley got a new tattoo. Thanks to PerezHilton.com, we know know that this is true! Her new tattoo was done at Eye Candy Tattoo in New Orleans, and she has a cross on her finger. Above is the photo with Denika in the tattoo parlour.
