Miley has been voted 2nd best female artist of 2010 so far on a recent poll, which you can view here. Selena Gomez took the top spot with 109380 points, however Miley isn’t too far behind with 109210 points! Other artists in the top 10 include Demi Lovato, Lady Gaga, and Britney Spears! I definitely think Miley deserves it. Make sure you vote!
