This is good news if it turns out to be true. A report has surfaced saying that it may be possible that the divorce between BRC and Tish may not occur.
According to the information this source has, BRC has to serve Tish with the divorce papers no later than 30 days after filing them with the courts. This is the law in Tennessee. So far it seems that BRC has not served those papers on her and the clock has run out as today marks the 38th day

A legal expert says that if the time frame for serving the notice has elapsed then they would have to re-file the paperwork.

A rep for Billy Ray Cyrus denies this saying “This is absolutely untrue. There has been no change as to the filing of the divorce proceedings.”
No matter what a rep may say, the law takes precedence and if BRC or his lawyer failed to serve notice on Tish in the legal time frame for whatever reason then the divorce can’t proceed.
