Followed by Justin Bieber at #3, Taylor Swift at #10, Ke$ha at #13, Demi Lovato at #15, Nick Jonas #23, Ashley Tisdale #33 and Selena Gomez at #37. Miley never seems to fail at containing her Teen Queen spot & most buzzed about. The latest talk is about Mileys "Who Owns My Heart." video which just came out last friday! Parents have seem to be complaining alot saying its too machor & blah blah blah. The funny part is Miles didnt even release it in the USA, So people need to take a chill pill. I dont get why people care so much its not like Beyonce, Gaga or Katy perry dress like nuns in there music video's so why expect Miley too? Miley is almost 18 and some people need to get that in there tiny little heads.
