LIAM Hemsworth has reportedly revealed that he sometimes struggles to deal with the publicity from dating Miley Cyrus.
The actor, who got back together with Cyrus last month, admitted that it's difficult to be in a high-profile relationship but said that he avoids reading articles about himself.
Hemsworth told Heat: "It's not easy. I'm not complaining. I don't read the tabloids and coming back to Australia keeps me grounded.
"It's important to keep my family and good friends close."
