“Hannah Montana” Finale Sets Ratings Record
The series finale of “Hannah Montana” on Sunday was seen by 6.2 million viewers, leading to a Disney Channel ratings record.
“Hannah Montana Forever,” Miley Cyrus‘ swan song as her iconic character, was cable’s top telecast among children and tweens for the hour, and it was Disney’s highest ratings ever in total viewers in that time slot.
The show’s fourth season was the series’ most-watched in total viewers, and it recaptured the ranking of No. 1 cable series among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14, which it previously held in 2006 and 2007.

Miley is no longer single?
Currently MILEY CYRUS is still officially single. But apparently, the 18 year old a new friend! Has written a Twitter Userin, which apparently is working locally on the set of "So Undercover" and Miley apparently also knows. Miley Cyrus And there's also every day. Its former name was Twitter @ courtneythees.
But the Twitter name has been changed and everything is set to private. Anyway, they wrote, "I will, for reasons of privacy not say too much, but it includes the word boyfriend. Miley will tell if she is ready for it! "
If that's really true that Miley Cyrus has a new friend, then one can only hope that this time the relationship also holds. Private Miley Cyrus is, moreover, currently in New Orleans on the road.

The Last Song now on Netflix Insant
Miley's movie The Last Song becomes available Monday on Netflix for instant viewing. It is also available by mail as a rental in either Blu-ray or regular DVD format. The movie is rated PG, and Netflix says it is “iffy for 12+.” “Parents need to know that this sweet-but-sad and fairly predictable coming-of-age story will likely appeal to hordes of Miley Cyrus’ young fans,” Netflix says, “but it's best for older tweens and teens thanks to the heavy topics of divorce, abusive relationships, and death.”
Netflix concedes, however that “most everything’s pretty clean-cut.”
Her acting earned Miley the Teen Choice Award for Best Hissy Fit, and Hemsworth won the Teen Choice Award in the Choice Movie: Breakout Male category.
The movie grossed $63 million in box office receipts, according to IMDB.com.
Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus: Together for the Kids
Looking as if things are getting more and more amicable, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus took their kids Braison and Brandi out in Burbank, CA on Friday night (January 14). The couple, who recently filed for divorce, didn't look too happy to be photographed as they exited a local theater following a movie outing.
Splitting up to avoid photographs, Tish walked with son Braison while following far behind Billy and daughter Brandi. Meanwhile, Tish didn't have her wedding ring on - making it clear that the reunion was for the children rather than a rekindled romance.

ast week we reported that the Miley Cyrus movie So Undercover was looking for unpaid background actors for a scene that was going to be shot at Tulane University this weekend. One of our readers, Travis, was lucky enough to be one of those extras and he sent us a full report, check it out below!
Oh my goodness! Words simply cannot describe how I felt Saturday! I arrived on the set at 8 a.m. as scheduled and when the shuttle bus dropped us off we had a meeting in a huge heated tent talking about what to do and not to do on the set and that prizes would be raffled off after we were done shooting for the day! So we walked across the street to Tulane University and they were breaking people off [into groups] and telling them what to do and where to go and we filmed three pages of scenes Saturday. Also, Miley was two seconds in from of us texting or calling someone and hair/makeup [people] were all over here! I could not believe that I was that CLOSE TO HER. I told her, “Hey, Miley, how are you? Loved you in Sex and the City 2!” She laughed and said that she was doing great and asked how I was too and I was in awe! All we heard all day form 8 a.m. until we broke for lunch at 2 p.m. was: “PHOTO’S UP!! ROLLING! BACKGROUND! CUT!”
So Undercover will continue filming in New Orleans for the next few weeks. If you spot them filming, let us know about it at mrcdhcsmmi@gmail.comIt was revealed to us that her co-star Jeremy Piven is the bad guy in the film and that in scene we were shooting he kidnaps her and takes her back to the Sorority House and wants to kill her but her sorority sisters come in and save her life! As far as Jeremy Piven, I did not interact with him, he looked like a bum on the set (guess that was the idea!), but between takes he talked to no one.The set was a Greek festival and people were playing football and volleyball, just having fun! All I had to do is walk around the festival that they had set up and talk…just like what you would do at a real fair, but I was not in any booths or playing anything. I had on a long sleeved red shirt and dark denim blue pants and the camera was right on me for about 8 takes from the right side of the field so I will be looking for myself when the movie does debut! They said they are shooting for a summer release and if not, sometime next year.

As it turns out, Miley was doing something that she has grown accustomed to over the course of the past few months -- working. Miley was seen out on the set of her new project "So Undercover" in New Orleans this week, and she was busy but also smiling the entire time.
Miley has said repeatedly how grateful she is to both Disney and producers for the opportunity on the show, which has propelled her into unprecedented celebrity around the world. Without the famous blonde wig, it would be hard to imagine Miley doing pretty much anything that she is working on these days.

Miley Cyrus Will Steal Your Dreams In Wake
When not appearing pantsless on Perez Hilton’s skeevy Twitter feed, Miley Cyrus still has some sort of Hollywood career going, for some reason. She’s about to turn 18 which means she’d better start stepping away from the Disney crowd soon, that Hannah Montana gravy train has almost run out of rail. As have so many pantsless young actresses before her, she’s turning to horror movies.
THR says she’s set to star in a paranormal thriller called Wake. It’s based on a young adult novel by Lisa McMann, so it’s not too far outside her tween comfort zone, but far enough that it could be a step in the right direction for her. It’s being adapted for the screen by Christopher Landon, who also adapted Disturbia. That should give you some idea of what they’re going for here.
Wake is the story of a 17-year-old girl who has the ability to be sucked into people’s dreams. She’d rather not be there, and in the process she often ends up seeing things she’s not supposed to see. Wake is the first of three books based on the character, in this one she ends up in a nightmare where she becomes a participant in the fantasy.
Sounds kind of like a low-rent Inception doesn't it? I guess dream-stealing is the new thing in Hollywood. Since this Wake is based on a young adult novel and thus likely to become a young adult movie, hopefully the film’s producers may be too busy trying to keep the “I like taking photos in my underwear” side of Miley under control to worry about whether their movie has already been done by Chris Nolan.

Now, I’m fully aware I’ve already given you a lot of reasons to preemptively award this film two middle fingers, but let me heap a few more on top of the pile. First, the film is being produced by a company called Hope Town that’s apparently owned by Miley Cyrus. Second, it’s called So Undercover, and worst of all, the co-chairman of the company, in his press release promoting the film, hyped it by saying Cyrus is “the biggest female brand in the world.” He referred to his own lead actress as a brand! Talk about unintentional honesty.

So Undercover is about an FBI agent, played by a wannabe sorority girl, who pretends to be a wannabe sorority girl. ‘So Undercover’ filming at Tulane University next week
So far, Miley Cyrus and her So Undercover co-stars, including Kelly Osbourne and Megan Park, have only shot scenes at their sorority house set, located on the corner of Coliseum St & Jackson Ave in New Orleans.
But on January 15 the cast will venture away from their home base to film a Carnival and Greek Week scene at Tulane University.
The production company is also looking for unpaid extras for the shoot, which will take most of the day. If you are interested in applying, you can register here.

MAN WHO HACKED MILEY ARRESTED
Authorities say a man who bragged about hacking into Miley Cyrus’ e-mail account and distributing revealing pictures of her has been arrested on unrelated charges.
According to federal court documents, 21-year-old Josh Holly was arrested Thursday in Nashville and charged with possession of unauthorized credit card account numbers. FBI agents had seized and searched his computer.
An FBI affidavit says Holly acknowledged hacking into Cyrus’ MySpace account. He also bragged online and to the media about obtaining photos of Cyrus from her Gmail account. So far, he does not face charges relating to Cyrus.
Holly was released Monday. No phone listing could be found for him or a relative appointed as his custodian.
Cyrus’ publicist had no comment on the arrest.

Why Miley IS STILL A ROLE MODEL
Miley Cyrus is a rarity in today’s entertainment industry. Having just turned 18, she’s one of the few teen superstars who have managed to act their age in light of the tremendous pressure. Above all else she appears grounded, and for someone in her shoes this would be hard. Before legally becoming an adult, Miley Cyrus amassed a reported billion dollar empire with her “Hannah Montana” show and subsequent singing career. In 2010 she began to show some womanly tendencies, strutting onstage in sexier outfits and wearing more makeup than her fans were accustomed to seeing. Some supporters were disappointed, feeling that their original sweetheart had given in to the pressures of Hollywood and abandoned her roots. Nothing could be further from the truth however.
Miley Cyrus has shown that like other teenage girls, she has many layers. In a 2009 article, Wall Street Journal writer Marisa Meltzer states that the 18-year-old pop star provides fans with “a liberating alternative where girls don’t need to define themselves quite so narrowly.” Indeed Miley does not stick to a certain look, nor does she profess to be perfect. She accepts that she’ll make mistakes because she’s human, and that’s an endearing quality for anyone to have.

Several people have gotten sick on the set of Miley Cyrus’ movie “So Undercover,” including co-star Kelly Osbourne. Kelly tweeted: “I’m still actually really sick so are 3 other girls God please help us get through this day! Finally done for the day 3 bags of IV fluid later we all dropped like flys thanx so much to production team 4 looking after me so well! Having 2 film a party scene while trying not to s**t ur tights and puke at the same time = worst day of my life.”
