We have just been advised that Who Owns My Heart by Miley Cyrus will be released on Nov. 9th via iTunes. So everyone that liked the video please go to iTunes and purchase a copy. Once the link is up for it then we will let you guys know.
This video should go through the roof for Miles. We will be curious to how many it sells in its debut. We will try to bring those numbers to you as well.
