Sneak Peek: A Top-Secret New Project With Miley & Kevin

We are giving you your first look today at a project starring Miley Cyrus and Gossip Girl's Kevin Zegers, and it's pretty scary stuff. Always look both ways before you pull out of parking garages, Miley!
While the details of the project are still being kept under wraps for now, here are some things we know for sure:

1. Kevin Zegers is very good looking!
2. Always wear a seatbelt.
3. E! News will premiere "The Big Bang" Nov. 1.
