I’ve found yet another fan who was lucky enough to meet Miley! However, this guy seems to be even luckier, seeing as he’s on a boat with Miley, while she’s in her bikini! I’m not sure how old this is, but it is fairly recent, because Miley has short hair. Miley looks gorgeous, as usual.
