Miley Cyrus finally spoke out about Billy Ray and Tish's scandalous divorce. While walking around Toluca Lake in a Harley Davidson t-shirt and short shorts she told the paparazzi, 'I'm sad,' when asked about how she feels about their divorce. Tish is accused of having an affair with Bret Michaels.
