Miley Cyrus receives her first batch of birthday balloons as they arrive at her home on her 18th birthday. The "Party in the USA" singer was spotted celebrating her birthday at Trousdale in Hollywood surrounded by friends and family. Later in the evening, she was allegedly spotted hanging out with 18-year-old Nickelodeon star Avon Jogia, with photos surfacing of Jogia sucking on Miley's neck.
