Miley Cyrus’ sexy video for her new single, “Who Owns My Heart,” is only the beggining of how the teen pop star is growing up at a lightning speed. An insider says Miley is planning to celebrate her upcoming 18th birthday – it’s November 23 – with a very adult party in the Bahamas, where she can legally drink and gamble!
“Miley wants a party in the Atlantis with about 25 friends and family members,” the insider says. “She’s old enough to party and have so much fun as she wants once she’s 18, and that’s what she’s planning to do.” Fans had better get used to the new, adult Miley: She’s just finished filming LOL: Laughing Out Loud, due out in 2011, in which her character loses her virginity, kisses her girlfriends on the lips and smoke pot.
