Several of Hollywood's finest are expected to make appearances in Madrid for MTV's biggest night in Europe. Now we're getting official word that come November 7th Miley Cyrus will take to the stage to perform. Miles says that she can't wait for the EMA's. It's going to be her first-ever performance on the amazing show and she personally added that "the people of Madrid are going to be the best audience ever." Generally speaking, European audiences are open to edgier performances. So with that thought in mind...
