Miley Cyrus Is Taking 'Me Time' Away From Twitter
Miley Cyrus is taking yet another break from Twitter. While the 18-year-old star hasn't deleted her entire account, she recently got rid of the social-networking application from her phone.
"Sorry I havent been tweeting as much!" she wrote on Friday. "I deleted the twitter ap off of my phone. Just taking some "ME" time! =] love yall."
Miley has had a love/hate relationship with the social platform for years. In 2009, the singer/actress went as far as deleting her Twitter account at the suggestion of boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. She explained, "FYI Liam doesn't have a twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason."
Miley made a rap video explaining why she made the extreme move, but was back on the platform earlier this year, sending messages from Rock Mafia's Twitter. Then, in April, the star returned to tweeting, explaining, "I'm not gonna lie. I came back to twitter for 2 reasons. My fans and to follow @charliesheen #winning."
Miley hasn't tweeted since November 4, when she tweeted about her Halloween costume , so it looks like she's taking her latest break seriously. But don't worry, fans -- we're sure she'll be back in action soon enough.

Biz does its bit to help military vets
As the U.S. and other countries observe Veterans Day on Friday, the Entertainment Industry Foundation and other bizzers are stepping up outreach efforts to aid veterans.
The EIF is launching a major fund-raising campaign dubbed Rise and Honor, to help support reintegration services for veterans and their families. The campaign will have its first big public push with a special edition of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" to air Friday on ABC, highlighting the struggles that veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan have faced in recent years.
The Rise and Honor campaign will benefit a range of veteran service organizations including the USO, Fisher House Foundation, Hire Heroes USA and Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.
Non-profit org Service Nation, whose supporters include first lady Michelle Obama, has enlisted Dwayne Johnson, Miley Cyrus, Brandon Routh and others to help promote its nationwide "11/11/11" event, which will mount large-scale service events in 11 cities. Those projects include landscaping and beautification work at the Veterans Administration building in West L.A., and a USO Care Package bundling drive at Yankee Stadium to aid homeless vets.
"There's no better way to say thank you (to servicemen and women) … than to actually serve alongside them here at home," says Chris Marvin, Service Nation's director of civilian-military partnerships that runs the Mission Serve initiative.
The Mission Serve initiative was one of the organizers of the veterans' job fair held on the Sony Pictures studio lot in July that drew the participation of the Prince William and Catherine during their West Coast summer swing.
The involvement of celebs is key to raising awareness of veterans' issues, Marvin said. Johnson and Cyrus have been promoting the 11/11/11 events among their legion of social media followers, Marvin noted. The goal is to spark a national conversation about the importance of honoring the service and sacrifices made by military service members and their families.
There are "no better storytellers out there than Hollywood," Marvin says.

Miley Cyrus Is Dracula's Daughter Helping to run Hotel Transylvania
Having Billy Ray Cyrus as your old man must be difficult enough (except when he's moulding you into a world-famous and ultra-wealthy TV star), but Miley Cyrus' new screen dad is even more embarrassing: she'll be voicing Dracula's daughter in Sony's animated Hotel Transylvania.
The film is all about the famous count (Adam Sandler) running a resort for famous monsters, away from the prying eyes and burning torches of the normal world. Dracula is fiercely protective of his little girl Mavis, whose adventurous spirit he fears will take her away from him. But he then has to deal with Mavis taking a shine to an "ordinary guy" who stumbles into the hotel. You know how it is: your carriage breaks down in a thunderstorm, and there's a light over at the Dracula place...
There's a bit of the Munsters about the normal-girl-living-among-monsters scenario, and not a little Mad Monster Party in general. But there's some interesting voice talent working alongside Sandler and Cyrus: Steve Buscemi and Molly Shannon are playing werewolf couple Wayne and Wanda; Cee Lo Green is Murray the Mummy; David Spade is Griffin the Invisible Man; Kevin James and Fran Drescher are Frankenstein's Monster and his bride; and David Koechner is Quasimodo. Jonathan the normal guy is voiced by Andy Samberg.
And the director is the awesome Genndy Tartakovsky (Samurai Jack), although the CG animation won't quite be along the lines of his usual signature style. Liam Hemsworth Delivers Fresh Flowers, And Chanel
Some lucky lady is about to get a fabulous surprise, courtesy of Liam Hemsworth!
Miley Cyrus's sexy BF stopped into Chelsea's Flowers in Beverly Hills for a fresh bouquet, before popping into Chanel to pick up a little something special, on Tuesday.
While the goodies could be for Miss Cyrus, we're guessing they're actually for Miley's big bro Trace and his girlfriend, Social Network star Brenda Song. It was reported Tuesday Cyrus and Song are expecting their first child together, so what better way to celebrate than flowers and Chanel?
If the rumors are true, Miley will be the coolest aunt ever!
Song is reportedly eight weeks along, although her rep has yet to comment.

The Social Network star and Miley Cyrus‘ brother have been quietly seeing each other for several months, but made their first appearance together on the red carpet at Nylon’s party in early May.
Trace was previously linked to Demi Lovato. It was rumored Brenda briefly dated Joe Jonas.

It's so sweet that Miley thinks of Floyd as a part of her family—so many people feel that way about their pets. They might not be able to talk, but they sure do provide great companionship!

Because of my health problems i can't update much :(.
Miley receives a Wikipedia page for achievements alone!
Miley has been in the Hollywood industry since 2006, and since then she’s been getting bigger and bigger! So big in face, that Wikipedia made her a page just for her achievements and nominations for a number of different awards.
This includes things like American Music awards, Global Action awards, Golden Globe awards, MTV awards, Teen Choice awards and loads more! In total, Miley has been nominated for 59 awards, and out of these, she has won 41! I think this is an amazing achievement for Miley, considering she is only 18 years old.
Miley is falling in love with Liam
Miley Cyrus has fallen in love with her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth. The teen queen posted a lovely quote on Twitter, signifying that the two are very serious about each other and that they have reached the “I love you” stage.
“‘Gravitation can not be held responsible for people falling in love,’ Albert Einstein,” wrote Cyrus. This is actually a popular Einstein quote, and it’s interesting that the singer decided to post it on Saturday night. Sure, it could have another meaning for Miley, but it sounds like she was referring to her budding relationship with the Hunger Games star.
Miley and Liam have broken up and gotten back together. The two got extremely close while working side by side on The Last Song. It was then that they took their on-screen chemistry into the real world, and they really do make an adorable couple.
People have suspected that their relationship is very serious, there have even been some rumors about an engagement. However, Miley and Liam are just enjoying each other’s company… and falling in love!

Demi Lovato has a major reason to celebrate Saturday — after a difficult past twelve months that has included personal struggles and media scrutiny, she is now moving forward with her life another year older. The “Skyscraper” singer is now officially 19 years old, and fans are quickly making sure their voices are heard by turning “Happy Birthday Demi” into a Trending Topic on Twitter
In celebration of her big day, Demi posted the following image on her account to get people even more excited about the release of her new album “Unbroken” — which, ironically enough, debuts in exactly one month.
As for what Demi is planning to do, odds are that she is looking forward to celebrating with some of her close friends — which could include Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez (though the latter definitely won’t be present physically due to her nationwide “We Own the Night” tour). In a recent interview, Demi announced that she still finds plenty of time to see Miley despite that friendship not being in the headlines as much as her bond with Selena:
“I haven’t worked together with her on music. I just spent the night with her the other night, she is really still a good friend of mine we still have fun together but it’s all friendship.”

Miley Cyrus back in the Australian music charts
British soul singer Adele has outshone pop powerhouse Lady Gaga, taking out top honours on both the ARIA singles and album charts.
The UK sweetheart’s double platinum album 21 has recorded its seventh consecutive week at number one, equalling Pink’s Greatest Hits…So Far as the longest-running number one record of 2011.
She has also ended LMFAO’s incredible 10-week run at the top of the singles chart, with her second single Someone Like You clambering over Party Rock Anthem to peak at number one.
With her hit single Rolling In The Deep staying steady at fourth position, Adele now has two of the top four singles spots.
Lady Gaga, whose highest ranked single The Edge of Glory sits back at 21, has fallen to fourth spot on the albums chart thanks to new releases from indie folk band Bon Iver and Eminem-led hip-hop duo Bad Meets Evil.
Bon Iver’s self-titled sophomore release debuted at number two, followed closely by Hell: The Sequel from Bad Meets Evil at three.
Rounding out the top five is American rapper Pitbull, whose latest release Planet Pit has served him his first top 10 album in Australia.
Also debuting this week was The Grate’s third release Secret Rituals, which entered in at number 11.
Meanwhile Miley Cyrus, who is currently touring Australia, has re-emerged at number 30 on the charts with her year-old album Can’t be Tamed.
A recent visit Down Under has also proved beneficial for American Idol winner Carrie Underwood, securing her position at the top of the Australia country chart with the album Play On.

“Hannah Montana” Finale Sets Ratings Record
The series finale of “Hannah Montana” on Sunday was seen by 6.2 million viewers, leading to a Disney Channel ratings record.
“Hannah Montana Forever,” Miley Cyrus‘ swan song as her iconic character, was cable’s top telecast among children and tweens for the hour, and it was Disney’s highest ratings ever in total viewers in that time slot.
The show’s fourth season was the series’ most-watched in total viewers, and it recaptured the ranking of No. 1 cable series among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14, which it previously held in 2006 and 2007.

Miley is no longer single?
Currently MILEY CYRUS is still officially single. But apparently, the 18 year old a new friend! Has written a Twitter Userin, which apparently is working locally on the set of "So Undercover" and Miley apparently also knows. Miley Cyrus And there's also every day. Its former name was Twitter @ courtneythees.
But the Twitter name has been changed and everything is set to private. Anyway, they wrote, "I will, for reasons of privacy not say too much, but it includes the word boyfriend. Miley will tell if she is ready for it! "
If that's really true that Miley Cyrus has a new friend, then one can only hope that this time the relationship also holds. Private Miley Cyrus is, moreover, currently in New Orleans on the road.

The Last Song now on Netflix Insant
Miley's movie The Last Song becomes available Monday on Netflix for instant viewing. It is also available by mail as a rental in either Blu-ray or regular DVD format. The movie is rated PG, and Netflix says it is “iffy for 12+.” “Parents need to know that this sweet-but-sad and fairly predictable coming-of-age story will likely appeal to hordes of Miley Cyrus’ young fans,” Netflix says, “but it's best for older tweens and teens thanks to the heavy topics of divorce, abusive relationships, and death.”
Netflix concedes, however that “most everything’s pretty clean-cut.”
Her acting earned Miley the Teen Choice Award for Best Hissy Fit, and Hemsworth won the Teen Choice Award in the Choice Movie: Breakout Male category.
The movie grossed $63 million in box office receipts, according to IMDB.com.
Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus: Together for the Kids
Looking as if things are getting more and more amicable, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus took their kids Braison and Brandi out in Burbank, CA on Friday night (January 14). The couple, who recently filed for divorce, didn't look too happy to be photographed as they exited a local theater following a movie outing.
Splitting up to avoid photographs, Tish walked with son Braison while following far behind Billy and daughter Brandi. Meanwhile, Tish didn't have her wedding ring on - making it clear that the reunion was for the children rather than a rekindled romance.

ast week we reported that the Miley Cyrus movie So Undercover was looking for unpaid background actors for a scene that was going to be shot at Tulane University this weekend. One of our readers, Travis, was lucky enough to be one of those extras and he sent us a full report, check it out below!
Oh my goodness! Words simply cannot describe how I felt Saturday! I arrived on the set at 8 a.m. as scheduled and when the shuttle bus dropped us off we had a meeting in a huge heated tent talking about what to do and not to do on the set and that prizes would be raffled off after we were done shooting for the day! So we walked across the street to Tulane University and they were breaking people off [into groups] and telling them what to do and where to go and we filmed three pages of scenes Saturday. Also, Miley was two seconds in from of us texting or calling someone and hair/makeup [people] were all over here! I could not believe that I was that CLOSE TO HER. I told her, “Hey, Miley, how are you? Loved you in Sex and the City 2!” She laughed and said that she was doing great and asked how I was too and I was in awe! All we heard all day form 8 a.m. until we broke for lunch at 2 p.m. was: “PHOTO’S UP!! ROLLING! BACKGROUND! CUT!”
So Undercover will continue filming in New Orleans for the next few weeks. As far as Jeremy Piven, I did not interact with him, he looked like a bum on the set (guess that was the idea!), but between takes he talked to no one.The set was a Greek festival and people were playing football and volleyball, just having fun! All I had to do is walk around the festival that they had set up and talk…just like what you would do at a real fair, but I was not in any booths or playing anything. I had on a long sleeved red shirt and dark denim blue pants and the camera was right on me for about 8 takes from the right side of the field so I will be looking for myself when the movie does debut! They said they are shooting for a summer release and if not, sometime next year.

Miley Cyrus Will Steal Your Dreams In Wake
When not appearing pantsless on Perez Hilton’s skeevy Twitter feed, Miley Cyrus still has some sort of Hollywood career going, for some reason. She’s about to turn 18 which means she’d better start stepping away from the Disney crowd soon, that Hannah Montana gravy train has almost run out of rail. As have so many pantsless young actresses before her, she’s turning to horror movies.
THR says she’s set to star in a paranormal thriller called Wake. It’s based on a young adult novel by Lisa McMann, so it’s not too far outside her tween comfort zone, but far enough that it could be a step in the right direction for her. It’s being adapted for the screen by Christopher Landon, who also adapted Disturbia. That should give you some idea of what they’re going for here.
Wake is the story of a 17-year-old girl who has the ability to be sucked into people’s dreams. She’d rather not be there, and in the process she often ends up seeing things she’s not supposed to see. Wake is the first of three books based on the character, in this one she ends up in a nightmare where she becomes a participant in the fantasy.
Sounds kind of like a low-rent Inception doesn't it? I guess dream-stealing is the new thing in Hollywood. Since this Wake is based on a young adult novel and thus likely to become a young adult movie, hopefully the film’s producers may be too busy trying to keep the “I like taking photos in my underwear” side of Miley under control to worry about whether their movie has already been done by Chris Nolan.
